Sam Alexander is a Los Angeles native, born and raised in Brentwood, with real estate woven into the fabric of his life. Coming from a family of real estate investors, he developed a strong understanding of the market early on and a lasting passion for helping others navigate it.
With roots in both Los Angeles and Orange County, Sam earned his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine and brings a unique perspective that bridges these two vibrant regions. He specializes in representing buyers, guiding them through every step of finding the perfect home, while also excelling at helping sellers achieve top results in today’s competitive market.
At Coast & Canyon, Sam blends his local expertise with a personalized, client-first approach. For him, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about building meaningful relationships and helping people find their next place to call home.

Brooke Gerstein brings a unique blend of expertise in hospitality, beverages, and real estate to Coast & Canyon. A graduate of the joint degree program at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and the Culinary Institute of America, Brooke originally set out to pursue the culinary arts before discovering her passion for the world of hospitality and service.
With more than a decade of experience spanning wine & spirits, tea, and coffee, Brooke has cultivated a deep understanding of people and the value of building lasting relationships. She lives by the guiding principle coined by E.M. Statler: “Life is Service.”
Brooke’s transition into real estate was a natural progression of her hospitality-driven mindset. Starting with Class B value-add investments, she later established her own bed and breakfast on a 40-acre farm in Southern Oklahoma, where she became a highly rated Superhost and vacation rental specialist for nearly a decade. Today, she channels that same care and commitment into Coast & Canyon, helping clients buy, sell, invest, and manage properties with ease and confidence.
